Terms of Service

These terms apply to the cross-border network access, international route access, subscription management, and related user panel features provided by VPNLV. By visiting the website, creating an account, or using the service, the user confirms that they have read and agree to follow these terms. If any part is unacceptable, the user should stop activating or using the relevant services.

Service Scope and Applicability

VPNLV provides subscription services through Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux clients and the user panel, with route directories covering 100+ countries / 220+ routes. The regions available for connection, route status, and client features are based on what the user panel displays at that time.

The service is intended to improve cross-border access and connection paths to international websites. Actual access results are also affected by the user's network location, device configuration, destination service rules, regional policies, and network congestion. The route directory indicates available network exits and does not guarantee continuous access to any specific website, application content, or regional resource.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; an account can be created with a username and password. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, client downloads, and route usage carried out through their accounts. If account credentials may have been exposed, users should change their password promptly and review the account status.

Subscriptions support an unlimited number of simultaneously connected devices, but this arrangement is intended only for the account holder's own devices. It does not permit subscriptions to be resold, rented, publicly posted, or shared with unrelated third parties. Users must not copy or transfer subscription credentials or package the service as another commercial network service in any form.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Package details, used traffic, and remaining benefits are based on user panel records; users should review the billing method before changing packages.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must follow the laws and regulations of their location and of every region involved in their use of the service, as well as the rules of destination websites and applications. The service must not be used for illegal activity, infringement of others' rights, malware distribution, interference with network infrastructure, unauthorized system access, or large-scale abuse of third-party services.

Users must not conduct reverse engineering interference, automated attacks, resource exhaustion, or identity impersonation against VPNLV websites, the user panel, clients, or network infrastructure. They must not bypass normal account, subscription, or billing processes. Users are legally responsible for consequences of their own actions, third-party claims, or account losses arising from those actions.

Service Availability and Liability Scope

VPNLV may adjust service content based on route maintenance, network changes, client compatibility, and operational needs. Maintenance, upstream network incidents, device system limitations, changes to destination service policies, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause connection interruptions, changes in access results, or temporary unavailability of some features.

Users should verify their device environment, system permissions, and destination application requirements, and test connections before important use. VPNLV provides troubleshooting access for issues within the service scope, but does not control third-party website content, third-party account status, regional content differences, local network quality, or incorrect configurations.

Refunds and Account Termination

A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 14 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through a user panel ticket so the related subscription and payment records can be verified. After a refund is completed, the corresponding subscription benefits may end, and the relevant account service status will be based on what the user panel displays.

If a user violates acceptable use requirements, resells or shares a subscription with unrelated third parties, interferes with service infrastructure, impersonates another person, or repeatedly affects other users' normal access, VPNLV may restrict features, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account. Before or after taking action, VPNLV may provide an explanation through the user panel based on the risk and circumstances.

Changes to These Terms and Issue Handling

VPNLV may update these terms due to service changes, legal requirements, or operational rule changes. Updates will be published on this page, and the last updated date shown on the page will apply. Important changes affecting user rights may also be announced through the website or user panel. Continued use after an update takes effect means that the user accepts the revised terms.

For questions about subscription status, refund requests, account restrictions, or these terms, submit the details through a user panel ticket. Users should provide information directly related to the issue so account records and the outcome can be verified.
