VPNLV Client Connection Guide
Start by creating an account, then choose a plan, get the subscription, import it into your client, and check the connection. Each step builds on the previous one, so follow the page in order.
Interface names may vary slightly. Different systems and clients may call these options “Add subscription,” “Import from link,” or “Update configuration,” but the goal is the same: copy the subscription link from the user panel, import it through the client’s subscription management screen, and update it. If your interface differs from this guide, use the entry shown in the client.
Preparation
Before you start
Before you begin, make sure your current network can open the VPNLV user panel normally, and note the username and password you plan to use. VPNLV supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux; this page focuses on common desktop and mobile import paths. Clients must be obtained after signing in through the user panel. The marketing page does not provide direct installer links or publish account-specific subscription addresses.
If your device already has a client that supports subscription imports, you can continue using a client type permitted in the panel. If not, open the panel’s download area after activating a plan. The user panel determines download access based on subscription status, so there is no need to look for installers from unknown sources before you begin.
Also confirm that your local network can reliably access ordinary websites. App performance after connection depends on local access, the target service, the time of day, and the selected region. If the underlying network is already dropping frequently, restore the local connection first; otherwise it will be difficult to tell which layer is causing the problem.
Account
Create an account and sign-in credentials
Open the account creation page, choose an easy-to-recognize username, then enter and confirm a password. VPNLV does not require an email address to create an account. Your username and password are the main credentials for accessing the user panel, viewing orders, and getting your subscription. Before submitting, check that both password entries match and store them securely. Do not keep your username, password, and subscription link in public notes or shared documents.
After submission succeeds, the page opens the user panel. First confirm that the username shown at the top or in the account area is the one you just created, then open the plans section. If the page remains on the sign-in screen, sign in with the username and password you set. Do not create multiple accounts to resolve an input error; first check capitalization, keyboard layout, and unintended spaces.
Billing
Choose a plan and place your order
In the plans section of the user panel, first decide whether a monthly subscription or a data package better fits your usage. A monthly subscription suits ongoing use, with included data resetting monthly from the activation date. A data package provides a fixed total amount that remains available until used and never expires. Consider usage frequency as well as total data: staying connected over longer periods generally favors a monthly subscription, while occasional use may make a data package worth comparing.
After selecting a plan, the panel shows the order details. Confirm the billing method, data tier, and amount due, then choose from Alipay, WeChat, or USDT among the payment methods currently offered in the panel. After payment, return to the order or account overview and wait for the plan status to become available. Do not submit the same order repeatedly while payment is processing. If the status does not change promptly, refresh the order record first, then check the Help Center for payment-status guidance.
When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days; the final result shown in the panel is the basis for the actual order. This guide does not compare the costs of different plans. For the full differences between monthly subscriptions and data packages, see the plans page.
Subscription
Get your subscription link in the panel
Once the plan is active, open the account overview and find the subscription information or import section. The panel displays a copyable subscription link for the current account and may also provide import options for different clients. Prefer the option provided for your current client. Do not copy from another account or manually remove characters from the link.
After copying, you can paste the link into a temporary local text field to check that it is complete, but do not open or publicly share the address. A subscription link is a credential used by the client to retrieve configuration, and forwarding it may affect your own access. The address below is only an example of the link format; it is an obvious fake value and cannot connect to VPNLV services:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
If no subscription entry appears in the account overview, first check whether the plan is active, the order is complete, and the signed-in account matches the account used to place the order. If you still cannot confirm the status, do not keep changing client settings. Open the Help Center and troubleshoot under “Account and subscription.”
Client
Import subscriptions on each platform
Open the download area from the user panel and check the available VPNLV client and import options for your current system. A sign-in is required to get the subscription, and the panel determines download access. After installing the client, return to the account overview and copy the subscription link. This reduces switching between pages and helps prevent pasting the link into an unrelated field.
Windows
Choose the Windows client in the panel’s download area. Open it, go to subscription management, configuration management, or an Add Configuration page, then choose an option such as “Import from link” and paste the subscription link copied from the account overview in full. Save and update, wait for the region list to appear, then return to the client’s main screen and choose a route. If the list is empty after import, copy the link again and update it; do not rewrite the address yourself.
macOS
Get the macOS client from the user panel, complete any installation confirmations required by macOS, and open the app. In the menu bar or client window, find the subscription, configuration, or remote configuration section and choose to add one by link. Paste the subscription address and update it, then enable the connection after the region list appears. If macOS asks you to approve a network extension, read the system prompt and authorize it; otherwise the client may show the import as complete without establishing a connection.
Android
Open the Android client entry in the user panel’s download area, install it, and go to the configuration or subscription page. Choose import from the clipboard, a link, or a remote subscription, then paste and save the copied address. After a successful update, the client displays the available regions. Android may show a network connection confirmation the first time; confirm it, return to the client, choose a route, and start the connection.
iOS
Open the iOS download instructions in the user panel and follow the client entry currently provided there. In the client, find Add Subscription, Import from Link, or Remote Configuration, then paste the subscription address from the account overview and update it. The first activation may require confirmation to add a network configuration. After confirming, return to the client, choose a region, and connect. Availability and exact entry names depend on what the panel displays.
Routes
Choose a region and connect
After the subscription update completes, the client displays the currently available regions. Choose a route based on the access region required by the target site or app. For example, if the target content is intended for Japan, start by testing a Japan region; for everyday access to international websites, you can begin with a geographically closer region. VPNLV covers 100+ countries and 220+ routes; available options depend on the directory currently synced to the client.
Select a route and start the connection. Wait until the client shows Connected before opening the target app. Do not switch through several regions repeatedly while connecting, because the previous connection may not have been released and the app cache or DNS results may persist. To change routes, stop the current connection first, choose a new region, then reconnect and verify.
A region name indicates the exit location; it is not a guarantee of long-term availability for any particular website or streaming platform. Peak hours, local network conditions, the target platform’s detection rules, and the app’s own status can all affect performance. To compare routes, record results at similar times using the same device and target app instead of judging by a single load time.
Check
Confirm the connection is working
When the client shows Connected, that only confirms that the connection process completed; it does not prove that every app is using the expected route. Start by checking your exit IP address and confirm that the displayed region broadly matches the selected route. Then check DNS results to see whether resolution is still using the original network path. Finally, open the website or app you actually need to use.
If the browser works normally but a standalone app is unchanged, check whether the app uses its own proxy settings, retains an old connection, or needs to be fully closed and reopened. Conversely, if no apps can connect, disconnect first to confirm that the underlying network works, then update the subscription again and test another region.
Change only one condition at a time during verification: keep the same route while checking the exit IP address, then check the target app; change regions only when testing another route. This helps identify whether the issue is an outdated subscription, route selection, client mode, DNS, app cache, or the local network. A separate article covers more complete exit IP and DNS checks; this page does not expand on the technical details.
Next steps
Troubleshooting and further reading
When something goes wrong, narrow down the cause in a fixed order. Confirm that the underlying network can access ordinary websites, then check the plan status and subscription update, confirm that the client has selected a route and connected, and finally check the exit IP address and target app. Do not reinstall the client, change system network settings, and switch among multiple routes at the same time; even if the issue clears, you will not know the actual cause.
If the subscription cannot be imported, check that the copied content is complete, the plan is active, and the client is using the correct subscription entry. If the connection succeeds but the target app is unchanged, check the app cache, independent proxy settings, and selected region. If the connection drops frequently, first compare whether the local network fluctuates in the same way while disconnected.
The Help Center organizes common questions under account and subscription, connection and troubleshooting, speed and routes, and billing and refunds, making it easy to look up the current symptom. For a structured understanding of route types, bandwidth and concurrency, billing methods, device sharing, and plan selection, continue with the in-depth guides. This tutorial keeps only the main path needed to complete the connection and does not repeat complex background theory.
